Whelp, didn't really notice this area in the seam of my new 20Long during its' wet-test outside, or maybe I did and the lighting inside just makes it more obvious/bad?
I'm not sure I trust the integrity of the bond because of where its' located in the panel and how little, not apparently-delaminated, silicone is left, but my silicone experience is with doors and windows, not aquariums. (I didn't seal the tank myself)

Any advise or opinions are greatly appreciated!

First up I would contact the seller and send pictures.
What sort of top brace does it have?
How thick is the glass?
How tall are the panels?

I honestly don't think it's an issue at that volume of water. But, if you are concerned at all, just get a new one on the dollar a gallon sale.

It's an aqueon, the bracing is the typical plastic stuff. Tank is a standard 20long, so 12" tall and I believe they use 3/16 on the side panels.

This one actually is from a $-per-gallon that I built an all-in-one filter into the back of. Teardown would be painful and would likely result in the new system being filterless.

I guess what struck me about it is that is doesn't really look like air-bubbles but instead has that narrow-worming appearance I associate with adhesives being pulled-apart, but again I've no real experience with aquarium-seals.

Aqueon tech felt it was fine, apologized for it but said it wasn't big enough for concern, especially because of the low water-volume. Not sure why I didn't think to call them sooner actually, appreciate the idea Lapin.
