Search questions

Firstly, I'd do a search for my questions, but then if I could do that, I wouldn't have questions :bigsmile: so I apologize if this has been covered somewhere. I didn't see it in the FAQ.

1. When I am in a particular forum, and I click the "search forum" button, the text box that appears is covered by some forum border graphic. Is this a IE thing? Screen resolution thing?

2. If I place the mouse pointer in just the right spot, it'll still let me type in text... I just can't see what I am typing.

3. Even though I'm using this function in a particular forum, my search results come up with threads from all forums. Is there some setting that I don't have correctly configured?

4. Is there a FAQ about which words don't work in search (ie 3 letter words - I was trying to search SWC in the Equipment Forum)?

Hi there buddy.

I believe that is an IE issue and I apologize about that. Hopefully I will have that fixed soon. Or what resolution are you running?

Thanks for the replies!

1280 x 1024 here at work, but I think it happens at home too, which is 1440 x 900 I think. If it's an IE thing, no biggie.

Ah, OK, I will use the advance search features.
