Searching for a specific frag plug...

I'm trying to find a similar plug to these that I got from a retired reefer in a bulk sale. They are ceramic and have a really great texture that my SPS seem to love, and with 4 square legs they are rock solid in high flow. There is a website on the bottom of the plug, and while the website is still hosted, I am not getting any sort of reply from the vendor which, makes me think they are shut down. Has anyone seen plugs like this for sale? TIA

From what I read those appeared around 2009. Saw some posts from 2012 from people looking for the plugs but couldn't find any for sale including from the website.
 
I could probably make some of those for you. How many would you need?
Just out of curiosity how would you go about making these? I would definitely buy them from you though if you were able to make a comparable final product. They are my go-to for acro frags once they encrust their initial plug, so I go through quite a few of them.

They are smooth but look like they lock into egg crate.
