Sebae anemone flow question

I have a med sized blue tip Sebae anemone had it for almost a year was wondering what kind of flow you keep your yours do they like being blasted or just enough to barely move the tentacles

Mine likes low/moderate flow. Enough so you can see the tentacles moving, but not blasted
