I picked up a Sebae and was wounding what kind of flow do they like

I picked up a Sebae and was wounding what kind of flow do they like

They require High levels of light as well as moderate flow. They change their position more than other species of anemone. Moderate flow is required in order to keep it free of particles. U should also hv plenty of rocks as they will go their where they get the required lightning.
