Is there a recommended way to secure dosing lines within the holders that often come with sumps?

It shouldn't be easy for it to happen, but I am afraid that the lines have potential to slip out of the holes during maintenance or another event that may require contact with the lines. Contrarily, it's possible that the lines may be pushed further down into the sump and end up under water.

Well, I have 12 spots for dosing likes in my sump, so I don’t need a separate holder for the lines. I’m looking for how to keep the tubes secure within the holders that my sump already contains. Unlike the product that you linked to, my sump doesn’t have threaded screws to keep the tubes secure within the stock holders in the sump. Maybe placing small rubber bands on the lines, above and below the holders, will keep them from being pulled out of the holders and pushed down below the waterline.

You could add something like this above the built in holder, https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/vertex-line-mag-holder.html
Kind of defeats the purpose of having a built in one. Imo the manufactuer should be drilling and tapping holes for screws like the vertex holder, and every other holder I've ever seen.

You could also use these on the outside of the sump:

go to napa and get o-rings..

you should be able to find them small enough to act like a rubber band
