I have started my hospital tank and have the sponge seeded in Stability since Saturday. My question is: is it ok to add Metroplex (treating a red sore) now or do I need to wait a little longer? Do I need to do a water change first? There are no other meds in the tank.

If you've been dosing Stability every day for 3 days now the bio-media should be ready to handle ammonia from a fish.
