Seeding secrets!

I have six month old pukani rock which has barely started to cover in coraline and might actually be considered live rock! What secrets are you using to seed your dry rocks and strengthen biodiversity with in your tank? Many of my local members has some form of pest in their live rock so I am reluctant to get rocks locally.

See if you can get a little sand from the locals. As far as coralline algae just make sure to scrape the growth of the walls and keep up cal, alk, and magnesium. It also for some reason has to do with lighting because people that run ati bulbs seem to have it growing like crazy.
