Seeding with marine pure bio balls

I just set up a tank a work (biocube 14) today using old dry rock I had. I picked up a new bag of live sand. I have some marine pure bio spheres in my main tank sump. It's a mature system. The marine pure balls have only been in for a week. I was gonna take some of the marine pure and put it in the back chamber of the biocube. How long should I wait before introducing any live stock. Should I still test daily to see how the cycle is going?

I would still test it and make sure it cycles properly. You can always add pure ammonia to the system to check. If it has cycled, it'll process the ammonia and if not it'll start the cycle.

The bio spheres are powerful scrubs you could carry coral loading now + the light feeding that goes with them/simple water changes

Fish do require the confirmation tests agreed and I predict they'll carry some ability above coral though don't know how many fish

I bet two damsels as bioload examples and a grip of frags can still be oxidized by a good load of those bb
The input surface area counts as live rock surface area or better due to specialized porosity above typical inputs

Toss a chunk of someone's purplest life rock and seal the skip cycle deal w those bb's as insurance.

If you use ammonia be sure to get just ammonia without any added surfactants or other stuff. Not the sudsing kind. I have to go to several supermarkets to find plain ammonia.
