Hey all, please take a look at the clownfish off to the right with the dark vertical markings on both of its sides. Will you please help me identify the possible disease at hand so I can seek out the correct measures for my next steps - would also like to hear insight on this as well.

Uronema usually presents as open sore and very often redness. This is unusual as it is on both sides. Is the other fish showing any aggression towards this fish?

Let me know if you want to move this over to the Anemone and Clownfish Discussion Forum to get more "Clownfish" eyes on it.

Thank you for reaching out Big G. Very much appreciated. The fish are showing little to no aggression towards each other these days, and signs of improvement as they had some pigmentation loss in the fins, which have healed. This fish in particular did like to hang out near my torch during the night time, which lead me to assume it was Hyper melanization, but also warranted me moving them from my DT into my sump.

For now I'll have to keep monitoring it to see if it does indeed get worse. I can always separate the clowns too to be sure.

That does not look like uronema. Fish is pretty active and it’s hard to get a good look. Maybe just part of the pigmentation?
