"Seems" like it's time for a new build....

Shimmed under the ply top to meet the tank and leveled stand. Can't fit a single sheet of paper at any point around the tank.

The trim is actually 1/16 off from center to corner. I just made the stand meet the bottom of trim in all points and packed under the ply.

Nice man glad it worked out. I'm still waiting for lfs to call me about my tank. Finished the frame for my tank took it all apart and made sure it was level and sanded all top corners were the wood butts up to avoid any pressure points and hopefully I won't need to shim under the ply

Decently productive day. Got the sump built. Still not sure if going to switch over or stock with what's on my 90 now that's tried and true. Decisions decisions. If keep the 20L sump I built the first chamber is the overflow which will house my skimmer, heater, and possibly filter sock. The second will be simply rock rubble, as I'm sure I'll have a bit leftover. Final will be return.
Also got the front stained with a single coat. Had some extra ply leftover so closed in the back with ports for wiring. I'm thinking of finding a way to incorporate a fan to blow out humidity through back wall. Another coat of kilz inside the stand as well.

Can you please show me how you attached the front I am very interested in doing this I will also do it to the sides. On the front I will cut a square the size of my fuge area and place acrylic that will slide up and down to see the fuge/ frag area

Haven't done magnets yet. Ones I snagged were way too heavy duty to do the job. I'll add some pics and whatnot when I make it happen. 50# pull tooooo much. Lol

Thanks! It was definitely a labor of love. Lots of work to come still though. I'm ready to start making the switchover this weekend. Lots of pics to come.

What will you be using for flow? I have a gyre 150 and 3x jebao wp10 planned at lower power and strategically placed.

Have you plumbed it? I will be using a jebao cp40 and 2 hydor koralia 240 eventually I want some wp10. I also need to buy a return pump. What are you using

Eheim return. Can't remember model, but it's 700ish minus head pressure. I did plumb in a cheapie pump at 235gph I had sitting around just to test everything.

I ported some 2x4 blocks to run the pipe through and put band clamps on the pipe at the point I want them to stop. All I need to do is loosen the band clamp, adjust height, the secure the band clamp in position. I'll take a pic once home today
