Segmented worm?

I don't know what these are but they come out from my rock once a day or so they don't seem to be bothering anything and nothing seems to go after them I'd really like an I d.

Spaghetti's are good guys, but if you have the Italian Spaghetti worm I would take it out.

I have yet to see the body the only part I ever see is the segmented tentacles. I noticed it a month or so ago and have just kept an eye on it. It has not moved to any other rocks as of yet

They will eat your detritus of the rock, they are part of your CUC.
