Selecting chiller pump

Hi my chillers flow rate is 264–660 GPH,

Should I run low flow rate or high ? What’s the pros/cons and what differences does tubing make for example if I use 3/4 inch vs 1 inch

If your return plumbng has lots 90 or 45 and chiller hooked to them, good 600+gph.
