Selling 45 gallon

I was trying to post in the "How to Price it?" but it wouldn't let me, so I figured I'd post here. I'm seeking advice for pricing on a running 45 gallon with a drilled overflow, ~10g sump and a Sicce Syncra Silent pump, it is cycled with live rock and a deep sandbed. No issues and has run since last summer.

Hey CKB,

I would probably start 50% of retail on the actual tank, but add a bit for the rock and sand. Hard thing is local pickup so your audience is limited, but this is definitely the place to find a good buyer!
