Selling entire tank

I’m trying to get this tank sold quickly and my LFS that I have been going to since I started my tanks told me they would buy the whole tank to put on display. I haven’t told them a price yet because I have no idea what would be considered fair for it. The tank has been up and running for about 2 years and all livestock has been doing consistently well and growing rapidly. It is an AquaJapan 40 tank (which is about 16 gallons). Below I will list all of my tank’s inventory:

Fish/invertabrates:
Black & White ocellaris clown fish
Peppermint shrimp
A few rock flower anemones
Assorted mini hermit crabs
Assorted snails

Live rock:
About 18lbs

Duncan - 6 heads
Gold torch - 4 heads w/ some splitting
Neon green torch - 3 heads
Mummy eye chalice - 10 polyps
Pink ******* chalice - 7 polyps
Emerald mummy eye chalice - 8 polyps
Jack-o-lantern leptoseris - about 4 inches
Dendrophyllia - 2 heads
A couple different favia - unknown names
Cyphastrea - unknown name
Blondie zoas - 60+ polyps
Stiggy Marley zoas - 11 polyps
Vivid’s agave zoas (green mouth) - 20 polyps
Pink zipper zoas - 15 polyps
Rasta zoas - 25 polyps
Sonic flare zoas - 45 polyps
Bam bam zoas - 50+ polyps
Eagle eye zoas - 60+ polyps
God of war zoas - 5 polyps
Goblins of fire zoas - 30+ zoas

Kessil A80 light
Finnex light
2 pumps
16 gallon tank with lid

I think this is everything major in there. Not really sure how to price it. Like I said, I’ve put thousands of dollars into mainly all of the coral & it has all multiplied exponentially, but I’m expecting to sell it for lower than I would prefer. If anyone could help give me an idea on what would be fair, that would be great! Thank you.
