Selling LR Advice

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I didn't want to post it in classifieds since the rock isn't available yet.

Here's my question.

I'm switching my big reef over to a big Malawi cichlid tank. I have about 100 pounds of live rock in there: A mixture that started as dry rock and real reef rock (the purple stuff). Its all pretty much the same look now though.

As with most reefs I've encountered, I've picked up a few common hitchhikers over the past 18 months: some asterina stars, a few small bristle worms I've noticed and some vermatid snails that boomed but now are in serious remission. No serious nuisance algae on the rocks and no aiptasia.

So my question is this - should I sell the rock as is (for $3/pound??) or take it out and nuke it with bleach...then sell it as dry rock? What, in y'all's experience, are people more interested in?

Try to sell it as is, might get a buyer. I would take whatever is offered, or counter offer but I think you will be lucky to get 3$ a pound.

Good live rock should be $5 a pound easy. Unless your area has almost no reefer hobbyists.

100% agree with @bif24701. Sometimes you just have to get rid of things without putting too much thinking, time, etc - All the best!
