Hi Aaron. Put me down for the reef flow pump. Which impeller does it have on it and does it come with the other impeller?

Been hard at it since I got the gyre and reef flow from Aaron, but wanted to show how it turned out.

I took the pump apart and let the housing and propeller soak in vinegar overnight. Taped the labels, sanded any rust spots, cleaned everything, painted the motor and put back together. Turned out really well. The shade of the paint is a little darker, but you can scroll up and see a before and after shot. The gyre wasn't that much of a problem to clean. Just sat in the same bucket of vinegar.

After the gyre was cleaned up, I found a spot to mount both controllers together. This is the first time I have ever been happy with the circulation in the tank. I have tried so many combinations and this is by far the best. I took the Jebao RW-15 out and now have one gyre on each end of the tank. It creates a really nice undertow with the current going from two different directions. When I had one gyre I did have a dead spot directly below the pump, but now with with the undertow current it works so much better. I do have both turned down. I don't want hot tub current..

Thanks again Aaron. Both will be put to really good use.

The main point of getting the hammerhead pump was to use as a backup in case my main pump went out. Its not like I can just goto the LFS if my main pump goes out.
