I keep them at 55F. They love to eat live green crabs and will go through two dozen crabs in the 3 inch range about every two weeks. They leave the spider crab alone. The bottom is a wasteland of eaten oysters, clams and mussels from the starfish. Their behavior is similar that that of a broom tail wrasse. Curious, no fear, and eat like pigs. In general they get along, but the male will occasionally chase the female around the tank. Anyway, I thought I’d share. A fish typically not seen in the hobby, but for those with the room to expand as they grow, something to consider.
