With the amount of shipping delays and inspections occurring, I would not attempt, at least until temperatures become more stable.

I used to ship internationally for a publishing company.

I'd say it really depends on your customs Office in Holland.

I'd never let SPS stay in a box for more than 2 days. And most Countries customs office hold onto packages for 2-3 days minimum, just because? I don't know why, probably back logs.

If you feel you could confidently get it from say NY or Florida into your house in 2 days I'm sure you could.

Unless you're asking about specific Laws/Custom Laws for Holland, you'd need to check with your customs office regarding shipping live animals/inverts across seas.
