Seneye asking to pay for par meter

So a few weeks ago I order a Seneye V2 Reef and when I initially installed everything the par meter worked fine. Now when I plug it in and open the app it says I have to upgrade to use the par meter for $60. Anyone have this issue before? Tried unistalling the app and reinstalling and still didn't work.

It is a glitch, contact seneye and they'll unlock it for you. There have been a couple instances of this happening. Just send them and email or a PM on here @AQD-Seneye and they can get you all sorted out

wow two years later and this problem still exists just got me new seneye today, and can't even use it for the whole reason I purchased it for.

ya I did that earlier today, hope it doesn't take them to long to get back and fix it.

I unplugged it and connected again and it worked the second time
