Im trying to talk with their support at a rate of 1 email per day due to both our schedules. Last I left off they said it should work just it was antivirus issue. I totally deleted my antivirus and tried it but it didn't work. So I installed it again.
Has anyone had this problem where their Seneye won't connect to the app on the computer? I got my device used. Apparently the support set it to my account. Not sure if there is a setting or something strange I missed Willing to try it on another windows computer but I'd need to bring it into work at that point.
