Seneye Reef with Nuvision tablet

Recently i just update my apex system and i bought the nuvision that run windows 10 to use as a display for apex controller, i also have seneye reef that use to measure par meter on my tank. I try to connect it to my table but never have any luck, so if anyone have any experience on how to get it work would be really appreciate.

We have our club Seneye hooked up to a Windows tablet. It runs like normal.

Have you installed the Seneye connect app?

yes i do, and the seneye even light up normally but somehow it doesn’t show up any on the app. It working fine if i connect it to my laptop
