Oops! I forgot about Prazipro. Are any of these fish sensitive to that? And the Mandy?

On top of the Mandarin, Royal Gramma's are known to be more sensitive to copper. In my personal experience I was successful with quarantining the Gramma with copper but that's because I very slowly raised the copper levels. I've heard of some fellow reefers that have had some issues with copper and Royal Gramma's.

^^Good to know. I love the Grammas; they're so beautiful and keep to themselves.

Do you know if any fish are sensitive to Prazipro?

I honestly have to say that I've learned more about fish diseases and their treatment from Reef2Reef than all the books I've ever read combined.

I've just put my fish back in their 240 gallon home yesterday after going fallow from velvet for 6 weeks.

They were treated with Coppersafe for 14 days at therapeutic levels. They were also given a five minute fresh water dip and a couple hours of Ruby Reef Rally. Then they were observed in a clean non-medicated tank for an additional 4 weeks.

I was a little nervous about putting them back in the 240 but I held my breath and took the plunge. All 8 fish are looking awesome this morning and eating graciously.

Because yesterday was day one back in the DT, I will observe another 76 days for any signs of re-infection of any parasites. That time frame would take me to December 3rd. I promised myself to be patient and not buy anything wet until then. Waiting will be hard, but I have learned my lesson well.

Kudos to Reef2Reef and all their members! [emoji886]
