Sequencing and growth shots

wow this is so cool. one thing i noticed is that they all lost there color a little then regained it once they really started growing not saying anything about your system though lol keep it up looks great

The water quality is really hard for me to get right. I can never get the Ca and Alk right at the same time. That may be a problem, but the LEDs were too much for the corals, but the growth was great. I think it was too white and too much power (at only 80 watts). When I put the MH on it, everything colored right up, some instantly. This tells me that the color was there, but it didn't show due to the whiteness of the LEDs.

Ok, here's some more...

Here's my pride and joy. I got it from a friend who knows someone at ORA. He called it an ORA Marshall Islands Ponape Rainbow. Recently I have seen some like it. Look at how it totally changed colors from red/green to pinkish purple and yellowish green. Totally awesome. If anyone knows more about this piece, I would love to hear it.

Can you label a shot with what lighting it was under? The ORA Hawkins in particular.

The first Hawkins pic is right after I bought it with LEDs. The 2nd pics is with LEDs. The 3rd pic is with 250w 15k MH. The 4th pic is unknown, possibly with 20k MH, or 20k MH and 2 T5 actinic bulbs, and the last pic is with 20k MH and 2 ATI T5 blue + bulbs.

Excuse me for a chalice. I was told it was some sort of Tyree WM, but who knows.
