Serious help writing BRS 7 stage RODI unit

Hi all,

while trying to hook up my BRS 7 stage 100 GPD ro unit to my RO buddie booster pump I messed up somewhere. I need to retube everything from scratch.

This image is after making 10 gallons of RO. I clearly missed a turn somewhere. At this point I don’t want to mess with the booster pump anymore. It’s super confusing. I just want to go back to just using the unit as a stand alone. Instructions aren’t clear at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It should run through your pre filter stages, then into your membrane and then through your di stages. I would just bust out the manual and make sure you plumbed it correctly according to their diagram. Looks like a lot of empty space in those di stages to. I don’t know how that would effect it but I can’t imagine it’s ideal.

Booster pump will significantly increase production if your water pressure right before membrane is low - below 40-45PSI

At 80 PSI post booster pump I'm producing more than advertised by the membrane.

If you already have the pump, use it. It goes after your carbon blocks and before the membrane(s), unless your pressure out the tap is 65+

with that PSI I wouldn't either.

I'm at 40 out the tap - on a good day.

I am having similar issue!!! Waste water not producing and TDS shot up to 7 after 40 gallons being made. The way I had before this my booster pump was sputtering and water was trickling out
