Where should I put him, in the picture is where he currently is. I believe they table though right? So should I put him lower, or just not on such a point? Also in this spot he is getting about 200 par.

Mine has dug high placement and flow. Grew from the smallest to its current size in a year. Im really anxious to move it into the new system im setting up.
