My setosa is in the lower part of my tank, maybe 2ft below my radion, and is branching up towards the light (thought the poccilapora is growing over it so that doesn't help lol). IME, I think this coral likes medium/high light and medium flow.

This was mine after about 9 months growth. Started receding from the center out so I broke it off the rock into about 20 pieces to find a 6" bristle worm that was dragging food under and letting it rot.

I figured this Monti would prefer the med to lower lights but it seems to just have an affect on how it forms. Looks like higher in the tank it just plates out and lower it branches up, but in either of the cases both looked very happy and healthy! I have something that I think is a Lime green Setosa but no one has been able to positively id it just guesses. Maybe here someone can say yes or no or what it is...![]()
when they get large and begin to plate...they make nice shelves
