Setting skimmer bubble level?

every skimmer has a different level they need to be at. most will say in the instructions keep water between *"-*"

what are your calcium levels at? I know high calcium will make the skimmer go nuts but if everything is fine it just needs to break in like everyone says

The tanks cycling so I've only tested ammonia and nitrates. Maybe the 80 lbs lr and the cycle is making it overflow
