Setting up 100 gallon shallow/long estuary aquarium

I'm setting up my first aquarium as a fowlr tank similar to australian aquarists tank, would this be an appropriate stocking list
Valentini or blue spotted puffer
1-2 auriga or oriental butterfly
convict tang
diamond goby
1-4 mono argentus
a small wrasse
a coral beauty or rusty angel

Also, would a macro aqua m100 skimmer with a fluval fx4 be sufficient filtration.
