Setting up a 60 liters tank

I going with bare bottom tank and with 2 powerhead on each side and 2 dead corals !!! I have added up the salt to specified 1.028 specific gravity . And i thinking to add bubbletips directly

Hi! Welcome to R2R I'm confused as well though. Is this tank intended to be a quarantine tank (QT)?
