Setting up a sump

I just got Red Sea 250 . Stand is assembled. Next is tackling the sump. Does anyone have a link to how to do it? I got a protein skimmer Red Sea 300 but I also want a refugium , but I’m not sure how to do both. Also with the sump are two “sock” compartments, one to place a nylon sock the other has a plastic basket, what is that for? I’m sure I’ll have more questions as I unpack the sump. Thanks
