Setting up external filter with uv light 36w

Hi I have a fluval m90 reel tank.

I'm thinking of setting up my jbl crystalprofi e700. Max flow rate 800L/hrs as a chemical filter. Bottom chamber - phosphate remover. Middle chamber - nitrate remover and top chamber carbon with floss. Im also adding an all pondsolutions 36w uv light which is max flow rate of 4500l/hrs.

What do you guys think.
