Setting up jbj arctica chiller keeps leaking...

Brand new 1/10 hp chiller keeps leaking from the top inlet and outlet ports. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... any help would be awesome!

Rubber grommets are in place

Still leaking. I've tried several different positions for the nut/grommet

Just did a 1/5 jbj. Maybe try lowering the grommet so there's on about an 1/8" of tube. My tubes had lines/ring about 1/8" above the end.
Hand tighten, no strain with hoses.

Figured it out! My hose clamps were not sealing. Water was leaking down onto the chiller. Leak free now!

another problem with ours doing the same was the grommet not sealing. After going through 3 I got one that sealed. maybe age?

I had to put teflon tape on threads when I had my JBJ unit
