once i get rock set,sand added and water what do i test and how often, and at what point can i add fish and coral,thanks

You need to ‘cycle’ the aquarium first before you add anything if you haven’t already.

If you’ve done this already you need to test all your water parameters and get them stable. Probably test once or twice a week whilst new. I test weekly now but my system is mature.
