Setting up QT tank

Any issues setting up my quarantine tank next to my sump which is in my basement?

There is the possiblity of spray or droplets from the QT tank gettting into your sump.

Even with lids on both?

As you know, ( from the covid ), droplets can spread in the air. It is recommended you keep tanks 10 feet apart.
This prob assuming with a screen top and air stone bubbler.
When I do the TTM my tanks are 3 feet apart. Screen top and air bubbler.
Its up to the person to gauge the amount of risk they want to take.
