Setting up Reefi LED lights? Pics included

Hey squad,

I just purchased a used 45g CADlights 36x24x12 reef tank with lots of goodies. (will start a build thread soon) I was told this tank cannot use these lights because of the way they won't mount on the rimless tank and I think I'm going a different route anyways. Either way, I'm trying to figure out how they work and am having a difficult time. He did give me a powerpoint manual but I'm still getting stuck trying to get them to connect to my wifi and my phone. If anyone has any experience with these Reefi lights I would greatly appreciate it.
