Setting up sump flow on waterbox

Just got a waterbox marine x 110 but I can’t seem to get the flow going through the sump properly any tips of setup videos?

Making like a sucking noise and plugger than I think it could be I cant suus out the red valve

When you look in your overflow box, is the water level in there over top of the main overflow pipe? The one with the strainer cap. If not you need to either increase pump speed to return water faster or shut your return valve some more to get that fully submerged.
