Hey all,
I just started adding saltwater to my tank. I use Red Sea coral pro salt and mix it in a bucket with a return pump doin 500l/hr at 20 degrees. The water is clear in the bucket (I mix for 40-1hr) and when I add it it turns milky. Is this normal see attached. And yes I did was the coral sand a lot. Thank you!

yes its either the saltwater is still not mixed 100% which is fine or that it picked up from the sand and made it cloudy. should clear up in a day or 2

Yes it most likely is dust from the sand and should clear once you start circulating water.

Your good, just give it time.
Cheers everyone! Also one more thing, is it normal to have like white horizontal lines I think it's salt lines not sure there are not a lot but there are some! Thank you guys :)
