Severe Corrosion- COR20

I was doing my quarterly equipment maintenance this afternoon and found this on my COR20 pump. I just sent a ICP test in to ATI because I started to loose some of my SPS colonies to RTN. The pump was purchased on 4/11/20 and used for roughly 15 months. I opened a support ticket with Neptune and sent all the photos and receipt asking them to review the photos. Anyone else experience anything like this? I own a bunch of Neptune equipment and never had a single issue with their products.

Had a similar problem with a Neptune Grow light. They claim it was water resistant but failed in my sump in less than one year.
