Anyone buy anything from this company in Germany? If so, how was your experience? Shipping times? Package damage? Etc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had no issues with them at all. It was a few years ago but the items were well-packaged, good communications and arrived quickly. I'd be happy buying from them again.

I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years. Had excellent customer service with enquiries and a trouble free buying experience every time. Prompt shipping. Big thumbs up from me.
I buy a lot of gear from local sellers but on some items the savings buying from Sewatec were just too much to knock back.

I am looking at getting an H&S skimmer. No VAT tax and shipping seems reasonable, the thing that scares me is custom's is there an extra unknown fee for that? If I know the whole cost then I can make a more informed decision. I also like that the site is in english now.

I will show you what I'm facing at the moment, order was placed on 22. May and it shows that I have 2 shipment and one of the items is backordered as I've been told just take a look please:

I even emailed them about the issue and their response had no apologies, where I live if I contact a company I paid money for and there was any issue they would be nicer than this guy who is replying my messages above.

My experience with them so far isn't the best but yeah still waiting for them to ship ^^

I had absolutely same experience. They create a problem, sent a wrong items. They did not provide me return number and no apologies. And in my country it means that I should to pay for return their parcel. When I ask him to provide the return number he said 'I do not know what you asking for'. It is incredible! Why I should pay for their mistakes? They did not send me the new parcel with right items yet. The customer service is disgusting. And this guy way out of line. Stay away from Sewatec!

Thought I would add my experience.

Ordered items 22 September. Order stayed as processing for two weeks. I had to ask what was going on only to be told supplier on holidays. Ok, I can live with that, but maybe it's worth letting me know as the site says order normally dispatched in 3-5 days.

Charged 75 euros freight to get from Germany to Australia. It's now been in transit since 12 October and has not even left Germany yet. Ask Sewatec what I paid 75 euros for if it was going to take that long only to be told I should be happy as it's really cheap. Who knows when it will get here.

Just to add to it DHL don't have the foggiest idea what is happening.

If the distributor in Australia wasn't so poor, I would never use Sewatec again.
