Sexy Corals maybe again
I received my shipment yesterday (Zoa Pack and three chalices) and I wanted to take a moment to say how displeased I was.
I got at least one/two babies(there were complaints by others as well), leaking bags, soaked box, 60 degree water and one of the smallest chalice shards I've ever received(out of the 32 I own). I'm still waiting for a few to open up so I can try to tell what I actually have. One of the chalices looks terrible and doesn't even resemble the original a little bit.
The response back from SC was "sorry but we try our best" and included their standard DOA policy of pictures within 2 hours. I wasn't complaining about DOA. They also responded with that all chalice frags are 1/2"-3/4" and one eye so I pulled out my trusty tape measure and sure enough it's barely 1/4" by maybe 1/16th".
Sorry but packaging the way they do with $600 in corals is terrible. One thing I didn't ding them on but really also dislike are their frag disks. They are really thin and light and blow around with any type of current.
