I lost my sailfin. I didn't see any aggression between the joke and sailfin but it's possible. That's what I think happened

So sorry to hear of your loss @sfin52, it's hard to keep eyes on them all the time and there's so much that could be happening behind the scenes so to speak

It does stink 4th fish added to the tank back in 14 Part of reef keeping.

So a little research says life span is 5-7 yrs. We got it in 14. My goodness it's been that long. Very possible old age.

morning i have verillium 10+ still going ol crooked tail,have had desjardin my favorite 9 yrs,rip,current 10 yrs still going 12" tall fins open 10" nose to tail ,hang tough ,let me know when ready ,i will get you red sea desj,when you are ready ,were not too far away ,just let me know ,pic from 09 ,now rehomed to 360 now that i have moved

Thursday working on the the tank I heard a splash. I couldn't find anything. It was the coal beauty leaving the tank. Crap

Crap happens. Itll be ok. Maybe the angel saw his mate go and lost it. Angel was the 3rd fish and shortly after the angel the tang. Both added in oct and Nov 2014

Thanks for the offer. I love a sailfin but in a 90 is a bit tight. As of now I have a beautiful kole tang. I'm planning out my next fish. I was considering a pygmy angel but I read they are nasty little buggers.

Stocking right now.
Kole tang
Lightning maroon
3 b/g chromis
Yellow watchman
Green clown
Ornate leopard.

I need a fish that will pull all the others out. The coral beauty did that.

Suggestions.
