I dropped the par down to 140 top of rocks about 60 on sand.

I've been in a funk since loosing Elsa and the Lobo. That lobo really hurt. I got it in 2019 on the brink of death and brought it back. Heck it more than doubled in size.

I had wondered where you went. Sometimes stepping away is important to avoid complete burn out. Glad to see you are back.

I got my first 2 RFAs this past weekend. :star-struck: :star-struck: :star-struck: :star-struck: Nothing super fancy, but I couldn't wait to tell you. One was completely closed up yesterday when I got home and my heart kind of sank. About an hour later I looked, and it was open again. These things like to keeps me on edge.

Do you target feed yours? If so, what? Originally I was going to leave them in the evo for about 14 days and then move them over to the cube. But they are so tiny, I'm afraid they will just disappear. I might try growing them out to a larger size in the evo before transfer.

Those are awesome. I'm so happy for you. I feed them frozen small peices one to 2 times a week

My neon nepthea is starting to push polyps out. I do believe it is a flow issue. To much sometimes and not enough at others.

Let me rephrase that. I have three pumps in my mixing barrel. 2 or maci jet 1200 and the other is my eflux 2400 wave pump that only works if it's a constant on. So give or take about 4000 gal per hour in a 40 gal brute trash can. Just about 100x turnover per hour. Yep I can sure mix salt.

Thanks for asking! They are great! Things got harry with one of them due to foot irritation from purchase but it’s all healed up and looking great. I purchased two new ones that I am over the moon excited about. I can’t get a good picture of its colors because I don’t have a proper filter but here is the picture the vender and I traded when I bought them.

I think they are more stunning in person. The large one labeled 1 hasn’t had a very good feeding response the the two times I have tried. Do bigger ones just not get hungry as much or is that concerning?

All the grandkids and spouses from grandpa funeral

IMG_20221027_143512.jpg

So funny story my aunt was talking to my cousin Mindy her husband and myself about the grandkids portion of the funeral. She said Bradley my cousin was going to do a guitar solo I said stairway to heaven. Mindy's husband started laughing and my aunt didn't know how to respond. Mindy leaned over and said grandpa would have laughed.

My brother's Seth and Shane showed up in class As. My brother said did the flag ceremony and handed the flag to my grandmother. My brothers, the funeral director and I knew it was going to happen but the rest of the family didn't it was very touching and the proper way to end the funeral.

Positive they are donuts but they could double as cakes.

I feel like those bakers are just on a massive sugar high and can't label them properly to save there lives, those are cakes!!

In all seriousness I have a long way to go to get caught back up on your journey. I have spent a lot of time away from R2R and I'm still surfing quietly. Great to see the tank still chugging along!!
