well ,that's it, is all over now ,1 stick ,hooked for life
If it survives. Im not sure how well it will do. My tank is designed for softies. All I can do is keep stability. I acclimated them for 3hrs. The system they came from alk was 10 and nitrates 8
all tests are api
alk 8.5.
Nitrates at 80 or higher.
Calcium 450
phosphates .25
Salinity 1.025
Temp 78
Before I get beat up to bad. I use to chase numbers and caused more problems than I solved. This is where the tank settled at.
I hope the stick is a hardy coral. If i should loose it I may try a Pocillopora
Im still a leather guy.

I have sticks in about the same parameters you do and they do fine. Only difference is Sg at 1.026 and alk at 9. I have found that with higher nutrients I can blast them with a ton of light and they don’t bleach out like my lower nutrient tanks. Stability is key, IMO.

Here are some examples of my nasty tank sticks lol.

I hope mine are as great as yours. You give me a lot of hope for them.

They all browned up a little at first, but then came back just fine. You taking time to acclimate them for a good bit of time should help also.

Plus digis are tough. Mine has been knocked off a few times and fell into a torch garden. Little bit of damage, but always recovers. I now have removed the baseball size zebra turbos, so that shouldn’t happen anymore lol.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.

I'm content with my tank. 90g is a good sized tank. The most important thing is that I think my tank is epic and thats all that matters.

im going to put it up for a 365 tank. How do I do that? @Crabs McJones
