Shaggy's Waterbox Cube 10 +Plus Build

Just as with my 100.3 build, I will keep this building thread along the same lines. I ordered a 10 Cube +Plus version last week. My intentions at this time is to build a Nem/Clown cube but I am open to other suggestions (Apart from Sea Horses) I have never had a tank this small before so am looking forward to the challenge!

Hi mate, just wonder what pump you are using on this one, here in Australia they do not come with a pump(240v). Would your scape be different be different for a mem/clown combo as apposed to coral or fish only. Look forward to seeing the build.

It comes with a pump here in the US I think it’s just a generic pump. In terms of scape I am not totally sure yet. I am currently seeding some CaribSea rock in my 100.3 so I will be good to go when it comes. I need to start looking at other folks builds here on R2R to get an idea!

I use the mini maxi jet 606 reduced the flow to 50% super quiet.just set it up also

Right, tomorrow is the day! I got a new cabinet, you can turn up each way, I have it standing on the end for a 20G but may change before I add water tomorrow. Everything is setup waiting to go. The plan is to add a 1 inch bed of sand, use my water change water from my 100.3, then add turbo start and check my skimate in for Ammonia? How does that sound?

So I got the wave maker installed! The ATO and the ATO reservoir. I just need to get the media basket in but am having trouble taking the little ledges off! Will try again tomorrow. I got some livestock in the little Cube 10 also!

I added some fish. I have a Scooter Blenny and a pair of Misbar Clowns, also added a little sparkle bubble tip nem! Things coming along nicely!!
