Rev, is there a possibility of creating a shallow reef forum to go along with the nano's, large tank, cube etc...?

Secondly, can all you shallow reef owners share a pic of your setup? I already have a 21g shallow but am considering a bigger shallow reef to replace my 120g. Also, any pros/cons, tips/tricks would be awesome!

Thanks!

They are a poor not thought out well micro bubble mess mine has been running for 4 weeks now and my water is still cloudy with micro bubbles it has no bubble traps and relies on sponges for bubble traps I have the flow almost cut off the bubbles come from the drain that feeds billions bubbles to the refugium then over to the return pump section I am in the process of saving up another 300.00 to get a decent sump for my reef now the eshopps r100 gen 3 is a bad mistake I made and I'm stuck with it I will never purchase another eshopps product!
I knew as soon as I filled it with water it was a mistake and the place Aquacave I bought it from said I couldn't exchange it the day after it was delivered to my house I'm stuck with it it's garbage

I don't understand the design either. There is a bubble trap sponge between the refugium and the return but not the skimmer section and the return. I had to read the documentation many times to be convinced that the refugium was in the front/middle. Love the way they look but glad I didn't get one.

Yeah I was snookered I'm glad you didn't too this is already a very expensive hobby sucks to have to by multiple sumps to get a good one I always thought eshopps was a decent product no this is like buying steak at the dollar store it's not very good:(

I had a buddy build out a 40g breeder for my sump. I have always wanted a slick manufactured sump but for my reef's "toilet" I couldn't see spending hundreds of dollars for one.

Let's see how much interest we can get! Shallow tank owners unite!!
