Shallow frag tank schedule help for AI prime HD

Hey all. I'm running 2x ai prime hd's on my shallow Zoa only frag tank but am unsure on a suitable lighting schedule and I don't have access to a par meter. My tank is only 8 inches deep with primes mounted on the longer 18" flex arms leaving them around 12 inches from the water surface. Would anyone be running a similar setup and could have a look at my schedule l? Are the settings too low or high? Thanks

Did you ever figure anything out with this? I'm setting up a 24x20x10 frag tank and was thinking of using the 16HD with the extended arm as well.
