The top one is a Thunder Maroon and the bottom one is a Gold Nugget Maroon (juvenile) I got from @Cultivated Reef

How did you manage to pair them?
They are both juveniles, same size when I got them. I am not yet convinced they are a pair yet, had them a few weeks only, but a good sign is that one of them isn't torn to shreds yet

I don't breed clowns but I think they are close enough that they will let nature take its course.
Yes I have a tiny tank that I can save one in. Each day I am more confident in these two though
I pity any future additions to the tank, I don't plan on many, I love clown gobies, so they will need to be able to hide when I get them.

Extremely rare find
Not sure how you snagged this one of a kind mocha brindle mastiff helmet head clown but I recently had to pull this wizard of oz cowardly lion fish from the 80 not too long ago. There really should be lion fish police!
