HI There
@JumboShrimp Nice Photo.
Sorry to Highjack this thread.
I looked you up to see if you had any Clown Trigger Threads after you posted a photo on the POTM.
I was asking about Clown Triggers, on my own thread, but still looking for advice.
Got a bunch of question for you. You seem to enjoy your Trigger.
What's your experience with the Clown Trigger?
Did you get it small?
Any good/bad experiences?
How big is your tank?
How old is the trigger now to get to it's size?
ANY ADVICE?
I got one Juvienille Clown Trigger a couple weeks ago.
I kind hope to put him into my 90 Gallon 4 foot wide Tank.
But am so worried things may not work out.
He would go into the Tank with Two MEDIUM Clownfish, and two Medium Tangs (Yellow and Purple), and one Medium Hawkfish. So all the fish can hold their own. Purple Tang does get upset with every new fish added.
This is my Small Clown Tigger in 10 Gallon QT.
He eats well. Behaves being the loner in there.
I actually can feed him by hand, but prefer tweezers which he gently accepts food from.
He eat Nori like yours, but made a awful Mess. At this point he's eatting Mysis and some Heartier Frozen Angel Fish food.
You thoughts about going into this 90 Gallon 4 Foot Wide Tank.
Mostly LPS (Euphylia), Paly's, Mushrooms, (4 Bubble Tipped Anenome's)
I feel the tank will not be big enough in a few years. But that's a few years of enjoying him.
I know once he goes in, there is no getting him out. Tank is getting close to 20 years old.
OPTION B. Is I enjoy him for a while in the 10Gallon QT and store will take him back when he get's bigger.
