Share your display refugium

I have a Humu Trigger in my sump currently. This is a 125 gallon sump for my 350 gallon tank, and my sump sits hidden away under my tank.

I have a 65 gallon bowfront tank I'm thinking of making into a display refugium, and putting the humu in, but then Im concerned if I throw chaeto in there my Humu will have a nasty green afro.

Seriously though thinking of if/how I could make my bow front tank into a display fuge, plumb it to share my main tank sump, and let that water just cycle through the tank?

You know what? that's an awesome idea. It be cool to have a nice display fuge that you could house non reef safe fish in.

I'm not sure about chaeto and triggers but how about an ornamental macro display, and maybe some nutrient sink corals you don't mind getting pecked at?

What are nutrient sink corals? And what do you mean about ornamental macro display? Still learning

Things like xena and gsp that could become a nuisance in a main display.

And ornamental macros are things like dragons breath.
